Description
(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) Places to worship can be found almost anywhere in big cities, small towns, far away islands and sometimes just very close to nature. Not far from Jackson Hole, Wyoming in the Grand Tetons, I found the Chapel of the Transfiguration. It's just a simple log cabin, built in 1925 by carpenters. Ironically, a large window behind the altar provides an inspiring view of a section of mountains called The Cathedral Group. A natural place to worship or simply to express thanks for a beautiful day, in this ... Mountain Chapel.
