At Western Lake there is a beautiful State Park with hiking paths along the lake's calm waters, as well as a vast expanse of beach and natural dunes. Although walking on sand dunes is usually prohibited, here there is an authorized trail which will lead you through a small forest on top of a section of dunes. My love for photography began as a boy when I was taught the basics by my father.
