Artist's Description
(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) All along county Road 30-A in the Sunshine State near the coast of the Gulf of Mexico, there are several small towns and communities. With names like Grayton Beach, Mountain Beach, Watercolor, Watersound, Dune Allen, Rosemary Beach and Seaside, just to name a few. They are all quite popular with the locals and tourists alike for many obvious reasons. One day in the beautiful community of Seaside, I discovered this colorful scene. I created this image from my original photograph taken on location by adding digital enhancements, textures and painterly-style effects. These effects and image details will become more visible by clicking inside the green magnifier square as the cursor is placed over the image.

Ever since then I have been inspired with a new awareness of life and an improved photographic vision. This has compelled me to find beautiful scenes wherever I go and to share my favorite creations with others who may not have the time or...
