Artist's Description
(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) Rabbit Hash is a historic old river town near the tip of northern Kentucky, just a few miles west of Cincinnati. Right across the Ohio River from Rising Sun, Indiana you can really enjoy your trip back in time. Although you could always buy some snacks or food at the famous old General Store, until recently there were no restaurants in town. So, some friendly people built this little place with a shaded deck and a great view of the river. Now on weekends during the spring, summer and fall they open up and cook some of the best pork barbeque in the region. They named it the Scalded Hog so the next time you come down to the river you can really enjoy some ... Rabbit Hash Cuisine.

Ever since then I have been inspired with a new awareness of life and an improved photographic vision. This has compelled me to find beautiful scenes wherever I go and to share my favorite creations with others who may not have the time or...
