(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) It has been several years now since the grand old steamboats of yesteryear returned to Cincinnati, Ohio. But in the fall of 2006, they came from as far away as New Orleans and Pittsburgh for a week of festivities. This great event was simply called " Tall Stacks ", for the smokestacks rising high above the top decks of these historic riverboats. Full of delighted passengers returning to the shoreline after a golden sunset cruise on the Ohio River, the Belle Of Louisville was just one of the many ... Steamboats At Cincinnati.
