(Copyright Mel Steinhauer all rights reserved) There are many Greek Orthodox churches on the beautiful island of Mykonos. There are some with more than one bell high at the top, while others will only have one. These bells may ring out on many happy occasions, or for many reasons. Some of those may be a joyful ring to announce holidays, church services and weddings; or perhaps a slow and somber ring to announce the death of a local resident. Ever since then I have been inspired with a new awareness of life and an improved photographic vision. This has compelled me to find beautiful scenes wherever I go and to share my favorite creations with others who may not have the time or...
